Are all your products on your on-line store? In a word, NO. We are adding to the store all the time but it’s a BIG job and takes a lot of time. And, as an independent, family-owned music store, we don’t have a website staff of hundreds. Just little old me and a computer guru who gets me through the technical stuff. And if that wasn’t enough, some products we carry are prohibited from being sold on the internet by the manufacturer. They feel that their products should be sold only by informed salespeople who can provide the customer with follow-up SERVICE. We don’t disagree with this idea but it means that you may not be aware that we offer a particular product. So, if you don’t see it, ASK us. Chances are we carry it. Lastly, some lines we carry are exclusive to school music dealers like us. They are prohibited from being advertised on the internet. We carry a special Yamaha and Bach-Selmer line of instruments we cannot show as well as Cannonball Saxes, also prohibited. They are probably gonna hunt me down like a dog now just for mentioning them. What can I say? I like to live life on the edge. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Money Order, Check, and Cash of course! We do not accept livestock or $3 dollar bills. Where do you ship? We ship to the United States Of America. We will ship outside the US only by receiving payment in full in the form of a money order. Under no circumstances will we ship to any of the other 8 planets due to export restrictions and really exorbitant shipping costs. What about shipping? We are working toward having our cart software calculate shipping automatically when you place your order but we’re not quite ready for that yet. So, when we get your order, we compile it, seal the box and place it on the handy-dandy shipping scale. The UPS computer then tells us how much it’s going to cost and we let you know via email. We only charge ACTUAL shipping charges and don’t add a service fee or handling fee. That wouldn’t be nice. Can I pick up my order at the store and save paying the shipping? You can certainly pick up your order at our store in St. Petersburg but be sure to wait for us to confirm your order via email so we have it ready when you arrive. Be aware, however, that if you visit our store to retrieve your order, you may see additional items you want to buy. Of course, this will not hurt our feelings in any way. Can my order be delivered to my child at his or her school? If your child attends a school on our regular route, we are happy to deliver your order to them via their band director. We will need the name of your child so we make sure the appropriate child gets the package. How soon will my order ship? Provided we have the item(s) in stock, we ship all orders received by 3:00 pm EST the same day! In stock orders received after 3:00 pm EST will ship the following day. (except weekends, of course). Florida residents should expect to receive their order in 2 days. If you live outside of Florida, we will send you the UPS tracking # so you can monitor the arrival of your order. How will I know my order has been filled? We will let you know via email when your order has shipped. So watch for that email! Will I get a receipt with my order? But of course you will. We run a nice little business here and always include a receipt! Can I place my order via the telephone? Well, yes you can. Our phone number is 727-822-3460 and when you call, ask for the on-line store order department. They will connect you to me (Lynn) and I will be happy to take your order. Do you sell gift certificates? How did you know? We sell gift certificates in any amount you want. Email me here and tell me what amount you would like, who is it for, and where I should mail it. I’ll get your credit card information and send you the certificate immediately. Try not to wait till the last minute, though, because we have no control over how quickly the US postal service will deliver it. What is your return policy? It’s simple: we want you to return to shop with us over and over again! Oh, you mean returning products. Well, that’s a different bushel of strawberries now, isn’t it? Let’s say that we consider it our failure if we mess up your order and send the wrong thing or leave something out of your order. We’re totally responsible and will repair the problem quickly and at our expense. If YOU order the wrong thing or change your mind, tell us about it. We’ll do our best to work it out so we are both satisfied with the end result. Our overriding goal is to create and keep HAPPY customers and we keep that in mind at all times. Do you offer any finance plans? Why yes, we do. We have a nifty little Bringe Music credit card that we offer through GE Financial. We have a variety of other finance plans available with GE as well. Sometimes, depending on the amount of the purchase, we can offer 30 or 90 day, 6 month or 12 month financing with no interest. The thing is to let us know you’d like to learn more and we can let you know all your options. Our digital pianos & grands can be financed quite reasonably, too, so be sure to let us know if you’re interested in that. Feedback Info As I said up at the top of the page, our web staff is quite small but totally dedicated to putting out a nice, friendly store site and on-line store. I personally welcome any feedback you want to offer (I love compliments and criticism alike as long as it’s presented in a respectful way). Our customers play a very important role in the success of our store so I welcome all suggestions and ideas which will make our store even better. Thanks in advance! How can I contact you? Hope I made you smile at least once!) |
