                                        TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

 

Maintenance: Bringe Music will make all adjustments and repairs to keep the instrument in proper playing condition. This does not include restoration of finish or replacement of accessories and mouthpieces. All repairs must be made by Bringe Music Center technicians.

 

Replacement: If the instrument is damaged beyond repair it will be replaced with one of equal quality by Bringe Music. Renter agrees to pay balance due on contract if lost or damaged through negligence.

 

Benefits of the M&R program are offered only to rental accounts that are maintained in a current fashion, and all rent is up to date when maintenance or replacement is necessitated.

1. Renter has received the instrument described above and agrees to pay Bringe the Total Monthly Charge each

        month, on or before the due date, until the instrument is returned or purchased from Bringe.

2. All rental paid will be applied toward the purchase of this instrument any time during this agreement,

        maintenance & replacement, late fees, tax, do not apply.

3. Renter agrees to pay a late charge of $5.00 for each monthly payment that is received more than 10 days late.

4. The instrument is not to be removed from service area unless purchased and paid in full.

5. Bringe retains ownership of the instrument and if Renter violates any terms of this agreement, Bringe shall have

        the right to take possession of the instrument with or without legal process.

6. Renter agrees to pay all costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees incurred by Bringe in regaining possession of the

        instrument in collecting sums due or in otherwise enforcing any provision of this agreement. Renter

        authorizes Bringe to submit a credit card voucher (if applicable) in Renter’s name for payment of any

        sums due under this agreement.

7. Renter agrees to pay Bringe on demand for loss of or damage to the instrument while on rental except as

        otherwise provided in the Optional Maintenance and Replacement Program, which, if accepted,

        is a part of this agreement.

8. Time is of the essence and ALL PAYMENTS are due to Bringe Music Center at ST. PETERSBURG, FL.

        Instrument may be returned to Bringe Music Center or AUTHORIZED agents. Returns should

        NOT BE MADE TO SCHOOLS. The Renter is responsible to ensure that notification of return is

        made to Bringe Music.

 

        This application may be subject to a credit check.
