Text Box: We’re thrilled to have Brian as a part of our team, after working with him for many years as our computer “guru.” Born in Batavia, NY, Brian’s lived in Florida for a long time, graduating from Lakewood High School in ‘79 and going on to receive his BA in business administration from Southeastern Louisiana University. He is the proud band parent for the Seminole Warhawk Band and Seminole Winter Guard as well as serving as the Assistant Director for Teal Sound Drum & Bugle Corps. His hobbies include softball, marching band and Drum Corps and he’s a dedicated family man to his wife of 20 years, Jill, his two daughters Shelby (16) and Kylie (9) and his 3 pooches, Ladybug, Lucy, and Coconut! Text Box: Andrew joins us as our newest School Education Representative and we are thrilled to have him! He hails from Ohio where he attended THE Ohio State University and received his Bachelor’s at Kent State University. More information will follow shortly!

Text Box: Tim has joined our sales team in 2007 and we are thrilled to have him on board! A graduate of Gibbs High School, he is our second Gibbs alumnus, Debbie being the other one! His hobbies include audio and video editing as well as web graphics and design. He calls himself a solo electronic artist and is looking forward to “clashing ideas” with our customers and starting an “industrial gig.” He says he “drinks Vault professionally!” (I have no idea what he’s talking about but hey, I’m 50—what do I know?) One of Tim’s goals is to open his own recording studio. He’s a great guy and we’re anxious for all of you to meet him! Text Box: Dave is one of our newest employees, having started on August 14th of 2007! He was born in New York and moved down to Florida with his family when he was a youngster. He attended Boca Ciega High School and has aspirations of becoming a history teacher! Dave’s hobbies include football (he’s an avid Patriots fan …), music (Dave plays the electric bass and the saxophone), basketball, and, of course, girls. Dave also holds the distinction of being the son of Gina DiFede, one of our administrative staff. Along with Tim, these fellows are ready to serve YOU!

Text Box: Ruthie has been working with us on and off since May 2005. Hailing from Kingston, Jamaica, she has extensively studied creative writing and Spanish at Eckerd College. She enjoys journaling, playing billiards, reading (“books are a Godsend!”) and having chats with her cats! Her personal musical expressions are limited to singing in the shower these days … She currently handles all website sales as well as our shipping and receiving. Ruthie also helps us on the sales floor during our busiest times and can also answer most sheet music inquiries! Text Box: (editors note: we customarily edit bio information but in the case of the McLaughlins, we enjoyed reading Suzy’s information enough to simply reprint it verbatim): “Pat started doing Bringe repairs around 1997-I have been doing rentals for the past 7 years. He was born in NY-I in CA but both of us have lived in FL since we were kids and played in the school bands, he on trumpet (he played professionally in the late ’60’s) me on flute. He holds a BS in chemistry and a master’s in education– I have some college-no degree. Together we run the Red Barn Luthier Shoppe, which is to say, he is the repair expert and I sit under an avalanche of paper. Two days a week I am on the road servicing our and Bringe’s accounts-one of those days we go together and service local music stores as well. In 1979, the McLaughlin Family Bluegrass Band was formed featuring our oldest on guitar, Mike, who at that time was nine years old, but could hold his own among the pickers. Though the personnel has changed over the years, the band continues today under the name of Blackwater Creek Bluegrass with Pat on banjo and me on bass. Through the years Pat has worked as an aerospace materials engineer, taught high school chemistry and physics, and we have raised seven children here in Eustis, any of which I would be happy to tell you about his or her accomplishments!!” Suzy Text Box: Debbie has been part of our staff since July of 1986, when she came to us from Lefters Music, the local sheet music store. Since that time Debbie has grown our music department into the best in Florida! Along with her duties as the floor manager she presently handles our educator sales department and works closely with Andrew to serve that very important clientele. When she’s not at Bringe, Debbie enjoys cooking, cross stitching, quilting, sewing, and reading. She is also a choir member, soloist, and pre-school teacher at Westminister Presbyterian. She has been married for 28 years and has a 26 year old daughter, Katie. “I believe each one of us is given gifts. I hope that when I’m gone people will say ’She used her gifts wisely.’”
